SHIPPING & RETURNS

After my order has been placed, how long will it take to receive it?

All orders at Clean Beauty Room will be processed within 1 business day. We will contact you if any circumstances come about that would delay your order. You will also receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery within the GCC countries is 8 to 14 business days.


What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs for all GCC countries will be calculated at the time of checkout. Customs duty, VAT and all other importation costs to GCC countries are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product cost. Clean Beauty Room is not responsible for delays due to international customs issues or any additional fees/taxes your country may charge upon delivery.

Can I track my shipment?
We include tracking numbers with all of our shipments. We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number when your package is shipped.


What if I don’t receive my package?
In the rare case that your package does not arrive within the time frame mentioned above, please contact us at shipping@cleanbeautyroom.com.

RETURNS

Due to natural formulations in the products we sell, we only offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged merchandise purchased through our website within 7 days of purchase. No returns or refunds will be permitted after the 7 days have passed from receiving the item.

To exchange or request a refund on a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at shipping@cleanbeautyroom.com  with your order number and photo with proof of damage.

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment, typically within 3-7 business days.
